I have a situation where a small business group has approached me with a view to licencing to them a domain name that I own with multiple tlds: com, net, us, com.au, co.uk.
I also have a trademark registered over the name in two jurisdictions and they also wish to licence those as well.
The product / trademark and idn has been in the market place since 2002, no website and not many sales - as it is not my main line of income. The group wishes to develop a website and expand the ip within the tm classses, in an allied but different direction.
I have searched 'licencing trademarks' and have a lead in that area.
Are there any other articles or sites that may be of assistance ?
