Grandfathered Google Apps - Change primary domain, add secondary domains

If you have a grandfathered Google Apps account and need to change your primary domain and/or add secondary domain(s), I'd be glad to assist. I have been offering my service since March 15, 2016, which is the date the Google Apps team decided to discontinue allowing change of primary domain in trial mode.
