There's a specific domain that I would like to purchase but I'm not sure how. I looked it up on whois.net and it appears to be expiring tomorrow (Nov 13). However, when I tried to find the site for backorder it didn't appear in search results for DropCatch, GoDaddy Domain Backorder, and others. Are some domains not available to backorder?
The domain is 7 characters including the extension (.ly) so I'm guessing it's in decently high demand.
Whois.net shows the name, email address, and phone number of the registrant (an individual) but no info about the registar that I can find.
