Agreed. I would also take it... Dont be too greedy, this isnt a great domain name. Atleast, I dont think too much of it.

I agree with the above.. If you don't plan to develop the DN then go ahead and sell it. That is a reasonable offer, you could counter but I wouldn't be surprised if they decided not to buy at all.. Some people are like that.
