I really havent focused on the selling part except for the small trades on Namepros. I needed to break the ice somehow and need some advice. I just got a small offer on Xgtech.com, but have no way of telling if its an enduser, if I should either accept, make a counter offer, or send to auction for $75. I have no desire to develope the name, though I make about $20 a year in parking revenue (a $14 profit)

Any advice appreciated, rep happily given!

Counter, dont be afraid to. Very few people dont expect atleast a counter of some kind. I also believe you can send it to Sedo Auction in the even he comes back with another counter. I would do it at that point. Nothing to lose ( in theory )

It may be an enduser who is testing the waters with a low starting price. Not sure...?? Bought the name one year ago at tdnam, seems there is a Company called XGtechnology though that sells Voip products and such.

You do have a problem - very limited end-users. That is a very specific domain...I'd counter, but I'd probably be careful not to lose the sale.

Good advice thanks. Yes you are probably right, I am a bit timid about countering, not wanting to lose the initial query.

....Update..countered offer of $90...will send it through auction. thanks for advice!
