Looking for advice on my counter.
No development, caught off a drop aged since 2001, parked @ sedo. Hadn't thought much about it and out of the blue a mid XXX offer.

Hard to say.. The "term" could me dirty or unkempt or could be a last name.. $500 seems like a good offer..

Hard to value a niche term like this..

Don't ask for too much that you turn off the buyer..

If you get traffic and have earnings, ask for

700 + 10X annual earnings (OR) 700 + .22 times Annual traffic, which ever is greater.
