Google Ad Manager - Could Anyone Give Your Review?

Just read email sent by google team that they're now launch Google Ad Manager. Does anyone here know what is the program about, what's the positive & negative sides of this program, and how would this program work? Is it another source of income in addition to adsense, or it will replace adsense ads in our website? according to the google management, many publishers have experienced quite significant raise in their revenue.

any help & explanation will be greatly appreciated.

Its a program which let you manege ad space your website. for both adsense and any another type of ads. I like to hear about others experiences with it too. Here's the Google Video presentation about it in case if you haven't seen it.
