Google indexed in 5hrs

Not really trying or anything (ok, maybe just a little)..lol. Just thought I would share that I registered my new domain Automated Forex Robots at around 9:41PM CST, it is now 2:45AM and it appears to be Google indexed for me. How did I do it? A few simple ways:

*Added the link to my signature on the 2 forums I post at the most
*Submitted to about 15-20 different social bookmarks
*Wrote a blog post and posted it on about 10 different free blogs

That is probably the quickest I've ever been able to get a site indexed. Funny how I always thought when I could do it in 24hrs then that was pretty fast.

Exactly! I find that forum signature is the best and quickest way to get a site indexed =) That is, if the forum has a decent PageRank and popularity considered by Google.

Forums and social bookmarking sites are great place to speed up indexing process if its dofollow.

It seems that the forums or the social bookmarking sites where you put your link are indexed very often and this is why your site got indexed very soon. By the way, Congrats on getting indexed.

And yes, signature links can really help a site to get noticed by Google.

Generally submitting to few bookmarking sites gets me indexed in less than 24 hours.

There are lots of ways in order to get listed on Google. Here are some of those ways:

1. Search Engine Submissions
2. Build Links - back links helps your site get index.
3. Creating a sitemap - it helps your sub-pages get index.
4. Pinging your site

If you want to refine that experiemnt you could just try one method. If you just did some social bookmarks at some of the bigger ones I'm sure that would have worked.
