Some notes on the value of that domain..

1. Having hundreds of millions of links with the (generalised) text "Good Care" means nothing towards the value of that domain. I dont see how it would fit any sort of mainstream website unless you happen to be in the nursing industry, even then its not particularly good.

2. Its mainly restricted to US based business because of the .US domain tld which is not seen to have as much value in the domain marketplace.

3. I suggest next time you base your assumptions on an OVT score which has more basis because it works on the number of times a keyphrase was searched for in the last month.
