Good domain but previous owner handle arrant biz and banned by Google, BUY or NOT?

I found that there are some good domains but previous owner has handled arrant business (cheat, scam) and banned by google, are there any value to purchase such a domain name?

After purchasing these domains, will google unban it?

if its a good domain then go for it, you can submit to google for reinclusion

I think you need to take another point into consideration i.e what you intend to do with those domains. First of all re-inclusion in Google is not very easy, secondly if you plan to develop sites on those domains for your own business the previous owner's scam and cheating using those domains might have an effect on your site and to some extent your business.

No to get re-incuded by google it is hard - there is one way you could email then and ask for a re-inclusion after a reasonable amount of time that you've had that site online i.e a month or 2

I haven't actually tested it out, but from reading Matt Cutt's blog, he made it sound like it is no longer that difficult to make a reinclusion request through the sitemaps tool as long as you provide sufficient evidence that the domain actually exchanged hands, and is no longer going to be used for spam, illegal content, etc. If its that great of a domain I would say go for it, as even if it takes a little while to get reincluded in Google, things will most likely make up for themselves in the future.
