Hello everyone,

By now I believe everyone has heard about travel.agency selling for $ 9,999. This thread is for discussion on other good .AGENCY domains. When I think of agency I think of several different types of agencies. One of which is travel(I believe no more discussion necessary of this). Next I think of an insurance agency. That is what inspired me to purchase INS.AGENCY. It is short, memorable domain in a massive industry with expansive online presence. What are your thoughts?

I would love to hear other great .agency domains and discussion on them.

I have listed Insuring.agency over at flippa now but doubt it will sell for anything worthwhile, I have always had terrible luck with flippa.

The problem with all these ngtld's is not that bad. The biggest issue domainers have to face is that it needs too much time to gain value all these extensions. And when a domain gain value? When the buyer has not any other option and only have to buy YOUR name to have successful business. For the time end-users have choices, i am sorry but really i can't believe these extensions could create a profitable market. ฮ—ฮฟwever, .agency is an awesome extension.

I think the profitable market is in owning applicable keywords that match with the keyword of the gTLD as @Zandibot did with the Travel.Agency sale. No doubt, he wanted it to go for more, but I don't think we're completely ready for those yet. for my non-dotcom domains, they are ONLY domains with applicable keywords for their keyword gTLD. I believe there's no profit in random characters or randomword matched with keyword.

I definitely wanted more, but hey, I basically doubled up so I can't complain too much.
