Hey would you please appraise these two domains for me?
By the way, I contacted Goldster.com an hour ago and they just offered me $200 for Goldster.net, they said they will not negotiate that price, I didn't tell them about my intention to sell Goldster.org too. So what do you think? Should i accept the offer? Or ask them for more? If more, how much?
Thanks

Goldster is trademarked by them. I guess it depends on how you intend to use the domains. They could potentially just take the domains from you. I would take the $200.

Yeah, it says TM next to their name on the website, however, i visited Free Trademark Search Online | Trademark a Word, Logo, Design or Symbol - Online. Fast & Easy| Experienced Attorneys, Easy Online Process| Get Your Trademark Now! but they didn't show it as a Trademark!! How come? Anyways, i might just accept the offer, i think! Thanks

I just check before reading your 2nd post and I also got that it's not trademark, but we dont know if its being applied, process, different country. BUT it wouldnt be the first time someone put a tm next to their name and didnt have a real tm. These type of sites rarley actually have people postal send them gold, there usally a click referal site. There only giving you $200 cuz they figure its the most they will pay to get a few random traffic leads from you, while taking the name off the table.

You got two things to do in my opinion. 1 sell it (.net) to them for $200. or Say How much more if I kick in the .org? If you do one dont give them the org just drop it.

This is the type of name I would only want in .com, so I think $200 is a good sale unless for some weird situation they have nice traffic(but i am sure they dont)
