Their support is slow, but two weeks is concerning. Do you still have access to the email address on your domain registration?

-RJ- thanks a lot 4 replying.

yes i do have access to the email address i used 4 registering my domain. as i said before, i tried the password reset service they provide in their website, not just once but many times in different days, still no email coming.

i checked with the technical support of my ISP, just wanted to make sure whether or not thay block GoDaddy's emails, they told me they do not block GoDaddy.

i would like to know if anybody has used GoDaddy's password reset system and shared his/her experience if it really worked 4 them.

I just tried the password reset service and got this message sent to me almost instantly.

Dear GoDaddy.com Customer,

Thank you for contacting us regarding resetting your password. Below you will find your Authorization Code. THIS CODE IS VALID FOR -ONE USE ONLY- AND WILL EXPIRE 30 MINUTES FROM THE TIME IT WAS ISSUED.

If your Authorization Code expires or if it becomes invalid and you require a new one, you will need to return to the Account Manager Login page, click on Forgot Your Password, then select Reset Password and request a new one.

Your Authorization Code is: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

To reset your password:

1. Go to
https://mya.godaddy.com/account/acc...rog_id=GoDaddy&action=reset&token=xxxxxxxxxxx

2. Enter your Customer Number.

3. The Authorization Code from the email message automatically populates in the AUTH CODE field.

4. Enter and confirm a new password.

5. Enter a Password Hint.

6. Click Continue to reset your password.

well...-RJ-
i've got a confirmation from the ISP which I use.
the technical support officer said that there are no email received by the ISP from GoDaddy.com for my mailbox.

i'm puzzled....what's the real problem so that i can't get that email??

i can't think of any other reason why the email containing authorization code never arrive at mailbox apart from it has never been sent, but then why other people can get it??

perhaps i will find out when i give them a call later...

Very strange.... I would try to pursue it through GoDaddy support, having them check what email address they have on your account and possibly going through the process of changing it with them.

BTW, have you tried entering your domain name and requesting that your account number be sent to you from their lost password system?

thanks for helping, it is very much appreciated.
i will send you personal message containing the email address i used for my account in GoDaddy (hope u don't mind).
