Thread is for reviews of GoDaddy

Still not resolved. This happens because of a scripting error in the DCC Domain Portfolio overview.
It redirects tohttps://dcc.{{root_domain}}/control/portfolio, which obviously produces an error.
Already discussed with @GoDaddy way earlier, but the issue remains unresolved.

Try opening in google chrome but in incognito mode that will be without the cookies like putting it in a sandbox so godaddy then login again and see what happens. Usually, if regular chrome doesn't work incognito does. If that doesn't work either call godaddy IMO.This happens because of a scripting error in the DCC Domain Portfolio overview.

It's an unusual way but has worked for me in past. I don't get paid a dime either way.Seriously?
Ok, Good Luck. All well for me there and 0 bugs.I know how to reach the page, that's not the issue.
The issue is that GoDaddy doesn't fix all these bugs.
You just admitted that you have to use workarounds sometimes.Ok, Good Luck. All well for me there and 0 bugs.
It would fix it. But not going to go back and forth. You just admitted that you have to use workarounds sometimes.
Also, your suggestion is not helpful in any way for this specific issue.
Call godaddy. Legacy domain manager works without having to do workaround. gd though may blame your browser so send them link and snapshotYou just admitted that you have to use workarounds sometimes.

I've been on the telephone with GoDaddy for their ccTLD backend bugs for the last two days. Several tickets have been created. It has cost me lots of time already. No thanks.Call godaddy. Sorry to hear that. Some may move-out if having issues. Personally I stick with godaddy for most of my portfolio although they should discount club IMOI've been on the telephone with GoDaddy for their ccTLD backend bugs for the last two days. That's exactly the problem. I want to transfer-out, but their system creates bad EPP codes, and they admit it's an issue on their backend. Basically, I have to contact them for every single domain I want to transfer out (45-60 minutes support call each time).Sorry to hear that. Some may move-out if having issues.
OK, I apologize for misunderstanding your problem and yeah, that is unfortunate and crazyThat's exactly the problem. Just logged in and renewed a domain Wednesday at 8:52AM without issue but I haven't tried getting codes yet. This issue you have is crazy and may only be happening for a percentage of the users. The tech. team at GD needs to figure out how to cause the error on their end then fix it.
The incorrect EPP codes only affect my remaining portfolio under a major European ccTLD. You probably won't see this issue yourself, since you likely don't have these specific ccTLDs in your account. In my case, every EPP code GoDaddy generates for this ccTLD is wrong, and support has to manually recreate the code for each individual domain I want to transfer out.Just logged in and renewed a domain Wednesday at 8:52AM without issue but I haven't tried getting codes yet.
