Since my afternic is not working after trying all the possiblities of troubleshooting, how do i delete my domain listings from afternic. Since I listed them on afternic from Godaddy is there a way i can delete the listings from Godaddy itself. Thank You.

These nameservers are numbered ns1 through ns99, with a smart allocation system that spreads GoDaddy managed domains evenly across them. The goal? Capping each individual authoritative nameserver at roughly 1.5 million domains max. This distribution helps balance the load, ensuring no single nameserver becomes overwhelmed, and performance stays consistent.

For any given domain, only two domaincontrol.com nameservers act as authoritative. Any other domaincontrol.com nameserver will respond with "Not Authoritative".

The domains are still showing as "Pending registration". I have followed up with your support team 4 times. The first one said , it'll be "verified in 90 mins". The second, third and fourth ones have told that it'll take 24 hours to simply register the names. There's some approval required and the team hasn't logged in yet (being weekend).

Does Godaddy take 24 hours to register domains, like olden days with Network Solutions?

GoDaddy is a marginal registrar and sometimes they are surprisingly slow. I've experienced 90 minutes but never a delay like you are experiencing. Have you checked to see if those names show as available to register elsewhere? I don't trust GoDaddy's availability checking but Dynadot and other registrars are solid for that.

In my experience with them, they will always claim that the names are locked down. Sometimes they are but I have been told that and completed the registrations elsewhere.

Good luck. GoDaddy sets the bar for technical competence very low indeed.

They told me that the names are "locked" as well. I registered a name from the pending list with another registrar and showed them.

Now finally they've completed registration of the list.

Looks like it was pending with the "Fraud" Team. Not sure what triggered it. Old account, same payment method, same location!

If I owned a company and received best registrar for 3 years running, then did not for the following 7 years, I'd sit down with my staff to understand what happened in the interim and do my best to get back on track.
