This should be self explanatory and is in reverse order, i.e the last message is at the top, so you really need to read it from the bottom up.

I actually have 2 .co.uk domains which are in this status, the other one they have charged me for the renewal, but it is still locked and the expiry has not been updated !

This has got to be the WORSE support I have ever encountered, they obviuosly only read the last message and select a standard reply and move onto the next one.

Any one have Bob Parson's personal email address ??!

PLEASE ESCALATE THIS.

I have about 60 domain names with Godaddy and this is beginning to Pi%% me off !

The truth of the matter is your right. They skim the message and pop back with a scripted response. The more they post in an hour, the better there wage is. So, they try to respond as quickly as possible, without really taking the time to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately you are located outside the US, my recommendation would be simply to spend the few dollars it would cost to make the international phone call, and get the situation resolved. This shouldnt be too difficult. I know its frustrating, but sometimes thats how life is.

Just call them

I cannot rate Go's email support. I can, however, tell you that I have used their telephone support a hundred times without headache, error or stress. Their staff will renew your domain over the phone for you.

My advice to you is, if one path is filled with bumps and hurdles while the other path is smooth as a whistle, take the latter.

Or..... here you go. GoDaddy's executive account number - 480-505-8885.

You may not be a top-tier account, but I bet if you call this number and tell them you got it off of NamePros from other pissed customers, they will attend to your problem.

When you are an Executive Account, you get really good service. But, it appears that those that are not complain a lot on the boards.

If it is a .uk you can go direct to Nominet and change the IPS-TAG to a new ISP and then renew with them.

Drop me a PM if you want help with this or want a renewal via our tag.

btw - not touting for business as we dont do direct public reg's via our tag currently however just offering a favour. I know some forums have rules about promoing companies thus stating this :)

You have violated the TOS by mentioning GoDaddy and support in the same sentence.

Try these numbers. They might have changed their lines by now. Got a feeling when I first posted this elsewhere that they may have gotten one or two, or five hundred calls.
