GoDaddy removed PayPal option in some country

Did anyone faced the same issue? I wanted to buy a domain and went to checkout but for some reason i couldn't pay with paypal( always used for years ) asked in chat and they told me goddady removed the payment option for some country?. I use paypal because i feel more comfortable and now they force me to pay with my card. I'm not even in some third country i'm in italy wtf.
