Welp, finally got the better of myself and sent this to them :

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!

I am NOT Impressed from your service. You';ve taken the money and the domains have been registered by others. There were one or two that i expected to be registered, thats fine.

However, with domains like Wheeler.eu I would EXPECT you to achieve a result.

We are now over 8hrs from landrush time, and STILL, I have NOTHING from godaddy.

The whole community is appaled by the lack of service and quality from GoDaddy. At one stage, you even removed the whole .eu registrations from your site.

I'm in the general feeling that there are enough unhappy people with your lack of service, and quite frankly, what seems like a SCAM service, to take further action unless an adequate response is given, reasons for the dire lack of service combined with a formal appology and immediate refund to my Credit card within the next 24 hrs.

Im pissed with godaddy also, you would expect a large company would have the power to submit the domains before small no body companies like spacereg.com!

very nice! Agree with u 100%. They are the WORST! And their Pre-Reg Status on my domains havent changed and its hours after the pre-reg stage.

At least one person has reported the .eu domains they pre-regged at GD are still pending but available to be regged at other registrars. Make sure you check the other registrars for the availability of the domains before posting them publicly.

The saying goes... You get what you pay for. I keep most of my domains with GD, but when I really want a domain and want to count on getting it as fast as possible, I usually use Moniker.

Well, I wasted a lot of time using Godaddy too, i preordered over 35 names with them, and got 0. I too had to go to another registrar to rescue some of my domains which were actually available in the land rush.

Godaddy have not sent emails saying they didn't get the names, hell I don't think they even bothered to try and get names. What part of "preorder" don't they understand? I wanted to preorder names because I wanted them ASAP to stop other people from registering them, but godaddy has let a lot of people down, grr.
