GoDaddy - No more credit on auto renewals done by mistake?

I was wondering if godaddy changed its policy? It used to be that if by mistake a domain was on auto renewal you could get a credit and then find a coupon etc for that domain.

I spoke to them and they said only credit if u actually delete the names... So I sent emails to support but no response so far.....

Any thoughts? Ideas?

I thought that this has been their policy for quite awhile now.

I wouldn't expect much generosity from Godaddy nowadays.

Probably accurate I only have gotten credit for hosting.
