GoDaddy has removed owners' emails from the Whois

Now, the email address of the owner of any domain on GoDaddy is no longer visible in the whois databases, regardless of whether it is private or not. They have placed a form link in the email section for all domains, trying to mediate between domain owners and customers and get sales through themselves. Isn't this prohibited by ICANN rules?
