GoDaddy Domain Transfer Question

Ok so now i reach the step in Escrow where i paid the money and the seller supposed to transfer the domain to me. The seller domain is in Godaddy and i asked him to transfer to my Godaddy account. Can someone explain to me how to do the transfer because the seller doesn't know how to do that, neither do i.

After the transfer how can i check whether i have full control on the domain?

In the Godaddy manage domains section, he has to select the domain, then click "Account Change" and put your info (most importantly, your email.) Then, you will get a change of ownership email, and then login and select Manage Account, Accept an Account change and input the codes included in the email. Within a few minutes, you should then be able to manage the domain in your account and the transaction has cleared. Good luck

When you say click "Account Change" and put in my info, other than my email what other things that need to input? The email must be my Godaddy account's email?

Yes, that is Godaddy.com's instructions on how to transfer a domain to another Godaddy account. If you send the link to the seller, they should be able to follow that.
