Domain transfer question: GoDaddy

Hello, I need some help regarding domain transfer from godaddy.
If i have domainsbyproxy enabled and want to transfer out a domain from godaddy, do I need to disable the private registration?
Will this lock my domain for another 60 days as the whois info will change?

yah you need to disable domain by proxy and and unlock the domain and feed the authorization code or Epp code to your new registrar. Domain transfer will take max 5 days and one more year added to your name. Domain will be locked for 60 days for another transfer.

The above info is for intra regstrar transfer.

Unfortunately, yes you need to disable domainsbyproxy before you can transfer out. This is unlike other private regs where you can transfer out even with whois privacy enabled.

No, it won't. The change from DominsByProxy to your registrant info, is not considered change in registrant.

I have experienced disabling DomainsByProxy just 1 day before my domain expires. As soon as my registrant info started showing, i was able to transfer out the domain the same day.
