This is the case for almost every promo code ending with a number..

but weirdly enough all of them can't be used anymore once one of these numbers has been used first..
only one of these codes will reduce it to $1.99 USD, after that you can only bring the price down to 7.xx something anymore..

at least that's the behaviour from trying them in europe here..

ps: i did already try the same code with various numbers.. only works once.. same as with all other number codes..
but probably still works for US citizens..

I am in Canada, and am all up to date on coupons, and usually find the different end number sequence ones maybe get me 2 discounts out of the whole lot so this is great! When there is an offer code present, click on the "Offer Limitations" on the top right of the page, and it will tell you what the restrictions are.

Most if not all of the 1.99 codes will show this as part of the terms: "Customers may not use gift cards, In-Store Credit, Skrill, PayPal® or AliPay to redeem this offer. Your discount will be applied in your shopping cart."
