Hello,

I purchased a Discount Club membership in December 2024, which included access to the Domain Academy and its associated tools as part of the package. However, after the introduction of a new "Pro" subscription, I lost access to those tools. This change effectively altered the terms of the original offer. Since my membership was still active, I believe access to the tools should have remained available until the end of my subscription period. Changing the benefits mid-subscription is, in my view, a violation of the original agreement.

I’ve already raised the issue with GoDaddy support, but as expected, no resolution has been provided.

Did anyone else got this issue?

I agree completely.

Taking away access to a core part of the program, under an active subscription, is unacceptable.

Hopefully @GoDaddy has a good explanation for what happened and fixes it.
