question GoDaddy calculated 'Estimaded Taxes' on the price of the domain. Why?

Yesterday I bought a domain name from GoDaddy and found that I was charged an additional so-called ’Estimated Taxes“ in the amount of $2.43.

What is the reason for this, bearing in mind that this was not done until now?
