Hi everyone, I just subscribed to tdnam investor's edge, and was reading the details on the website: it says submissions cost $11.99 and are non-refundable. Does it mean the money's gone even if the domain isn't captured by them? Or do they mean that they won't issue me a refund, but the money stays as a credit? thanks.

They won't issue you a refund, but if they can't grab the domain(s) you backorder - you can use that credit towards another domain backorder.
