Hi guys,
just a silly question
, if the last bid was , let's say 12 $
and my bid is 50

will I got the domain for 50 ? even when nobody bid after me
or godaddy will consider that this is the maximum bid , so I will got the domain for 17 for example

and in this case : is this what happen when i bid for some domain and immediately i'm outbid ? so it's working like an autobidder ?

thnk you

If no one bid above your maximum bid, say $ 50, you will be the winner. In this case, after $ 12 only you have placed the bid, so the winning bid is only $ 17. You need to pay only $ 17.

so now I can bid the maximum for me ? without the fear of paying unnecessary money right ?

Yes, the maximum bid will be your maximum amount that you put there in the auction. The moment if someone places a bid above your maximum amount, you are out. if you want you can increase the bid.

Proxy bidding is the best. Bid while doing other stuff. Be careful though always stick around for the end might need a lil extra push.
