I bid a domain at sedo and always been outbid (directly after submit my bid)10 $ under other bidder (certain bidder).
for example enter 332 outbid by 342 (the time of bidding is the same), also i use unique bid number but always outbid 10 $ under the same bidder.
I am like bidding against machine. I stop my mid.
I just refresh teh page many times but never shows any new bid price again.

got the answer for you:
What is proxy bidding?
Proxy biding makes bidding on auctions easier and less-time consuming for buyers. *Proxy bidding comes into effect once the reserve has been met.*

To use Sedo's proxy bidding system just enter the maximum price you are willing to bid for the domain. Sedo will automatically place a bid on your behalf for the lowest amount possible up to your maximum bid using an increment bidding system. This allows you to remain the highest bidder for the auction and your proxy bid will remain confidential.

If you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you are the winner. With proxy bidding when you win the auction you pay only the lowest possible winning bid, which may not necessarily be your maximum bid.

Please note: When proxy bidding is used it may appear as if one bidder outbid another with the exact same bid. This occurs when one bidder has set a proxy bid and second bidder places a bid for the exact amount of the first bidder's maximum proxy bid. Because the first bidder placed his/her proxy bid earlier, such proxy bid has priority and will be the current highest bid. The second bidder must place a new, higher bid to succeed the proxy bid.

What is increment bidding?
The bid increment is the minimum amount a bid can be raised each time a new offer is submitted. The bid increment is determined by the value of the most recent bid.

The follow minimum bid increments apply:

Offer

Currencies

Min bid increment

<= 500

USD/GBP/EUR

10

> 500 - 2.500

USD/GBP/EUR

50

> 2.500 - 10.000

USD/GBP/EUR

100

> 10.000 - 25.000

USD/GBP/EUR

500

> 25.000 - 100.000

USD/GBP/EUR

1.000

> 100.000 - 500.000

USD/GBP/EUR

2.500

> 500.000

USD/GBP/EUR

5.000

For example:
Buyer 1: 200 USD
Buyer 2: 220 USD

To continue bidding "Buyer 1" must enter a bid which meets or exceeds 230 USD. If "Buyer 1" has a proxy bid of 500 our system will automatically bid 230 USD for the bidder.

bid 353 or 354 and it will trigger the software to stop

Just set your max bid limit. However, if you really want the domain then go for it! ;)
