Go to register and gone?

Now this has happened to me a few times at godaddy now. I went to search a name and shows available. I clicked to add to the cart and check out. then noticed my cart had a back order price. wtf. It happened to me 2 times the other night. Anyone else have this issue?

Also I noticed if you wait till the day your hosting expires and take it off auto renew. It will auto renew at the second you refresh the account with the box unchecked.

You could figure out if it is just a glitch or if someone actually was sniffing your search by doing a whois.

I have however seen where it let me try to register and make regular payment on a domain that was already registered. They refunded the money.

I have also seen where the quick search feature implies that a name is available but actually clicking search fixes this and shows the domains as not available.

and if we were racing to register the same domain name...

i could reg it at enom and have it resolve to a parking page....long before you get the name to your cart and thru checkout at gd.
