I Am selling this site with a multiforums pro host script Licence worth over 55$,
The site reaches around 600 unique a day and is growing,
i had to sell this because im working on a free file hosting project which is slowing down the server alot.
I recomend you have your own dedicated or vps server for this site as for sub-domains.
i could transfer the whole site to your server after the bidding has ended,
I Am not making any revenue yet because i have not used google adsense or any other good program, if you add adverts you will make around 5-30$ a day (or more) i cannot guarantee.
