Established Anime Site 500-600/Uniques per day - $2/day Adsense!

Hey guys,
I'm selling my anime site because I need some extra cash for my upcoming vacation

The site gets around 500-600 uniques per day and makes on average $2 per day with adsense.

I didn't do much adsense optimizing with this site but i'm guessing the site can easily make $5+ per day with adsense if you spend a few days tweaking and blending the ads.

Most of the traffic comes from search engines and bookmarks.

Some facts:
Site is PR3 but PR4 expected according to iwebtool.com
Alexa rank: 202,340
Members: 5.500+ (all with unique email addresses you can use for newsletter or so)
