Getting Traffic to Parked Domains

Hi there,
I recently just signed up to namedrive, and some of my sites are getting very high clicks, so I am just wondering, if it 'legal' by any of the parking sites TOS, to drive traffic to the parked pages.

Maybe even namedrive? I havn't had a chance to read all their legal babble yet

IE:
- With paid traffic
- With links

etc.
