Getting listed in Google ect.

Ive asked this on other forums I duno if i asked here but how can I get listed in google??

my website is

http://www.pokertutorials.info

as the name says its poker tutorials the site is still in dev (in new at using joombla (or whateva its called))

I manually submitted it to google but still no show.

is there anyway to hurry it up??

generated .xml for your site for free at http://www.feedyes.com save the resulting .xml on your site and then submit .xml file to both www.google.com/ig/ and my.yahoo.com (as new content in .xml) wait 3 to 5 days

Get some links to it from websites that are regularly crawled by Google. Generate a sitemap for it and submit to http://google.com/webmasters/sitemaps
