question Getting domains related to popular brands

Hello,

So I was wondering whether Its profitable or even legal to purchase domains which are related to a big brand such as a marvel movie. E.g. If I have a chance to buy CaptainMarvel.com would it be recommended to purchase it? I've heard that copy brand names falls under copyright laws but I am not so sure about movies and their titles.
