Hosting is Great Stable then most of the hosting company ( free that is ) was ever on those free folks were offerring paid hosting too. There has been no single downtime ever yet. No timeouts and most important is the dude himself who is hosting all this named Kabir he is an excellent guy , and if anyone got any problems he is personally there to help them out and get the ball rolling, if there is a problem in the first place . I had some domains issues and they were solved the next day . Had some problem with my sql script got it solved and looked by the techs and made changes accordingly . Plesk panel has lots of features some of which cpanel lags. this is my first time on Plesk and its going great. Asmarterhost is by far the best experience I have had with a host (and probably a company) ever. I had a script that was giving us problems and I was able to talk to the owner personally on AIM where he got back to me almost instantly each time and we worked our way through all of the problems. Now I am about ready to launch and I know I want to be hosted by asmarterhost as long as I need hosting for anything. I feel great about the launch of my site which has been in the making for a while now because I know if I have any problems I'll be able to work through them with someone I now consider a friend. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else because of the price, and the service.

Well my experience with asmarterhost I can't say very excelent in the first week, because my site was down. But when I contacted the technical people about this problem, in less than 20 minutes I got a response a very quick one.

Simply amazing ! I have tried tons of free hosts until now, but since i have joined aSmarterHost.com i have realised that paid hosting is much better. At the start of hosting i was told that they have Plesk control not cPanel, i was very upset with this, but to be honest i have found Plesk much better(more options) .Because of the following reasons, i would recommend it to others:

1) aSmarterHost provide quick help.
2) Their packages are quite cheap compared to other hosting.
3) Instant account activation.

I got stuck on redirecting the domain i was helped immediately. They also allowed me to not to give them all of my personal details and still sign up. They are also helping me install my forums currently. I wish to contiue with them for as long as possible.
