Nowadays it is really hard to find the hosting company which communicates with people like at Asmarterhost. When did you speak to admin freely last time?
Everywhere else there are simply less and less human talk with each day. Even I think about some automatic customer care service system for myself

Hosting is Great Stable then most of the hosting company ( free that is ) was ever on those free folks were offerring paid hosting too. There has been no single downtime ever yet. No timeouts and most important is the dude himself who is hosting all this named Kabir he is an excellent guy , and if anyone got any problems he is personally there to help them out and get the ball rolling, if there is a problem in the first place . I had some domains issues and they were solved the next day . Had some problem with my sql script got it solved and looked by the techs and made changes accordingly . Plesk panel has lots of features some of which cpanel lags. this is my first time on Plesk and its going great. Oh its a plesk doesnt mean its windows its Linux Server with great upload and download speeds.For Test Download the file found HERE
