I have a dilemma.
I am cleaning out my portfolio, figuring which direction I want to go.
Renewal prices are making me re-think some of my .tv's as not being worth the renewal prices right now.
I have some new reg's I would like to grab, not many..but I am finding that there are still some better tv's out there than some that I own.
Kindof a sad time considering I had high hopes for 20 or so, that I will be dropping.
On the other hand it is a great time to re-think my direction...which may have been badly needed. LOL

I think I want to invest in more Geo/tv's.
I need some advice though from any Geo/tv'ers out there.
What criteria do YOU look for when searching for a geo/tv?
Population, Growth Factor, etc.???

I dont want to waste more $, so any help from anyone with any geo/tv sales experience...I would greatly appreciate your time!

Thanks!

Population, growth, and DEMOGRAPHICS ... all important considerations for Geo's (whether investing in any extension(s)), IMHO. Specifically, for ".TV's", I'd be looking for comparable verified completed sales along with, then, respective stand-alone developments ... this could give you a good sense as to what types of Geo .TV's have been confirmed sold and to whom (and reasonings why), and what their specific acquisition development plans were - and I agree that, in general, hefty ".TV" renewal fees :$: will eat you alive! :yell: :imho:

Best of Luck.

Thx Jeff for your reply.

I am seeing some geo/tv threads up n down the Forum today,
but none really cover what criteria is great for a geo/tv...

Anyone?

Thx in advance.
