Geo+doctor or lawyer is this good in the .us ext

I was wondering is a geo + doctor and lawyer is good in the .us ext and is that something you guys would buy like if the 100k+ or more

I think even geo+generic of .com is just starting to get popular so I don't think there is demand for 100k for .us
