I am getting ready to eBay MAPAS.US, maps in spainsh. In doing my research I find that MAPA.org belongs to the Mexican American Political Association. So I think what a great domain MAPA would be with the .us ext, so I whois. The .us belongs to a company in France.

This is the first I have ever come across such a blatent registration in violation of the .us ext rules.

Is this common?

mapa is a french company owned by hutchinson, they make plastic gloves and i think they have the TM on MAPA name
