What do you think this mobi is worth undeveloped. Is there any websites i should look at when I develop this site, or are there any suggestions in development? I would like to do something very different with this .mobi.

Seems like a brandable term though. My immediate thought is a directory of high end restaurants. This is no small undertaking. I would really want to co-develop this with the .com version, which by the way forwards to another parking page. With the low ovt I'm guessing you could probably negotiate a reasonable price for the .com.
