Do you think it is better to build the site and try to get the traffic thru search engines ?

gamesplay.com is about real estate, so I think if one does the seo right, one can get on the first page of google.

Your opinion on its worth today.

It could be on the first page of google (though with .cc, not sure), but only for the term 'games play' - and even that wouldn't be easy.

Do OVT score research on this term and you'll know what it's worth.

I would say reg fee for ths one. It's .cc and those have no real value and then you have the issue of the two words, that don't really go together.

Games PEOPLE play go together and Play Games go together but Games Play just doesn't sound right.
