I contacted Galcomm/Communigal support after an issue with my credit card being billed twice afte a domain renewal. First i sent 3 emails without any response at all! I then call them and they promised to investigate and get back to me by mail. Nothing happens! One week later i call them again and they tell me someone will look into it and send me an email. It's been another week and no response!
Today i called them, but this time i get the same recorded greeting and after letting it ring for 30 seconds the call gets disconnected. I tried several timers during the day to call them but the same result!
Im starting to get concerned abou this company. Have they gone bankrupt? I have only had good experience with their support since 2008. But this time something has changed!
I want a refund for the failed renewal/registration attempts that never was performed but my credit card got charged nevertheless.
Have anyone else had similar experience with this company? What if they refuse to refund my money? What if they never reply to my emails and calls?
Any advise appreciated!
