Moniker support is non-existant!!

How the hell do you get in contact with these people!?!? I phoned their support number and gave up after waiting 10 mins (not gonna wait longer for an international call) and I also emailed them like 3 days ago and haven't received a response even though they state they will answer most emails within 24 hours.

Thankfully I only have a handful of domains left there - they used to be my primary registrar until they got crap.

I'm trying to renew some domains but they don't appear in my account anymore..... they expired like a month ago or something (I don;t recall getting any notice from them about this like their old system used to send out) - so now I have three domains I would have liked to keep but no way to renew them!?

Does anyone have any way to contact them that they actually respond to or a line they pick up!?

Best luck I had with their support was though twitter! I strongly recommend you to use twitter too.

I have the same problem. I have a 3 letter net sitting on moniker that i can't access as i cannot get into the site due to having to renew my pwd. Mails are unanswered. Pain in the ass and very frustrating...but i'll try twitter.
