Funny Thing with Namecheap

Now this, never happened to me before.
Laughing about this right now.

So I go to namecheap and get a domain.
Hit pay and go to paypal.
Login at paypal and click pay.

BAM!
I am led to a page on namecheap that says: Payment denied by paypal.

Huh?????

I get an email from paypal, showing they PAID namecheap!
I go to my paypal account, they show they PAID namecheap.

I go to namecheap.
Nope, the domain is not in my account!

So now have a ticket in with namecheap.

Just a funny thing to happen today.

Payment issue somewhere. Rare, but it happens.

Okay, just got answer from namecheap and they refunded my purchase.
Now to go back and start the process all over again and hope it works as it should!

Btw, their live chat support is much faster than support ticket. I've had good experiences with their support during a domain transfer issue.

For some reason, at the time their chat was offline.
Then it came back online after the ticket.
Yes, I used it to tell them of the ticket.

Did get my domain and no problems.

Namecheap even sent me an email apologizing for the burp in their system.
