Help, tricky Namecheap change. url forward

I am trying to disable my old url forwarding setting from namecheap.
I go to namecheap account, and go to url forwarding setting.
I locate the old url that I no longer need and delete them.
That's how I thought.

I am deleting the old forwarding address from the form field (blank, box).
When I hit "save", the page is refreshed, and the old forwarded address comes back to live.

How do I get rid of it?

But it doesn't show me how to get rid of forwarded url.
I'm trying to have them totally "Blank"
