Great video! For videos like these, especially if you know really basic editing, you do not need AI you can do it for free and deal with less annoyance from ai not listening.

In this case, you would go to https://pixabay.com/videos/search/gambling/ you would select what clips you want, no registration, 100% free, and you download the clips you like. Then you can have longer videos too and the voiceover you end up getting can say more. You also won't have the issue of the AI adding text on it's own.

Here is one I made using that site and did some quick editing on.
Going based on your original video with no text plus AI, I would say use non AI tools when you can and introduce AI when you must.

For example, in this version, I took a few different clips from the site (non AI), background music (non AI), generated voiceover (AI - elevenlabs - James Lindsay Pro - V3 alpha), generated a graphic that matches the theme of a woman holding a blank sign (AI - Ideogram), edited the graphic and placed the QR code on it (non AI https://www.photopea.com/ or use AI like nano banana or kontext by black forest labs) and finally create a video of the woman talking (veo 3 fast preview).

Sounds like a lot of steps, but when you do it many times, this workflow takes 5 - 10 minutes. Once AI gets better at following instructions, obviously it can save time by having it generate everything. However, right now, people waste a lot of time and money regenerating things they can do manually.

I like your idea of using video to promote domains. If I were to do it, I would create more of a sales driven video with pointers why the domain is valuable, a logo within it etc. I think being able to add quality videos with a good pitch on landers might help sales. If we made a good automatic template and reused it but only changed the text, QR code and audio per domain, these would be generated fast and as long as it's done right, it can boost sales.

That is pretty cool thanks for sharing it. I think it would be an interesting test to make videos on the domains you have for sale and I like your idea of offering the assets to the buyers of the domain if they want them.
