A friend just called last night saying she thought her laptop might be infected -- AGAIN! I tell her it's because she spends way too much time surfing sleazy p0rn sites. She tell me to shut up and just fix the damn thing!!! :lol:

I'll give your tools a try and see if they make it/they removal any easier than last time.
