Once starting the offer, do people have a set amount of time to complete that offer?

Because; just say 3 people join my site and I ask for a post and a thread and 1 only posts a thread; I don't know when they are going to come back to complete the post and may miss them posting it.

Sabre: The way the system is setup, is that at the time of the user signing up, he/she is suppose to complete all posting requirements. At that time, the user then clicks the 'complete' button, which puts the transaction in your user panel. If the user did not complete the requirements, then you have the ability to Deny the transaction.
