I got a domain through this promotion. Although I'm not a reseller or a Cloud Fest attendee, that was two days ago. They've changed the rules for this promotion numerous times over the past few days. Yesterday morning, this promotion was showing up on the main page of this site for everyone searching for a .CLOUD domain. It looked like this:

But today, apparently, they changed it again.
