Hey,
Yesterday some lady ,she claimed from Japan and intreoduced as DNS provider contacted me via email. And informed me that her client from Japan is interested in my domain( offer price was more than I asked).inorder to do the sale she asked me for certification from below site
http://intellectualpropertyaudits.com
And they charge $289 for doing certification one domain.
And site sent a mail explain the payment method(which end up in spam folder)
My question is whether anyone got similar emails any time ?and does the above mentioned site has any authenticity?
Or these is some kind of fraud ?

One of the First Lessons/terms those new to domaining should search for on NP is 'Domain Scams' Should save us all from a hell of a lot of these posts.

Maybe even make it a condition of membership ;)
